“Insert mr whippy music here” 

Im sure a lot of us remember that sweet sweet sound of the ice cream truck strolling down our street.. man the excitement! The best part about mr whippy ice cream is it was so creamy, soft and always came with sauce drizzled all over it. Ah my mouth is watering talking about this. 

Sundai’s seriously remind me of summer as a child, or even an adult… hmmm this recipe is sure to take you back. E N J O Y

For the nice-cream: 
  • 2 Frozen ripe banana 
  • 4 pitted dates/or 2 medjool 
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • 1/4 cup of diary free milk 
For the caramel sauce.. 
  • 1 tbs of tahini 
  • 2 tbs of rice malt syrup 



In a blender place your 2 ripe frozen bananas, dates , pink salt and tiny dash of milk. Pulse – This is going to take a little elbow grease in order to get the nice cream to the consistency we want, be patient with it and treat it as an arm workout ahaha!

For the sauce… 

In a small mixing bowl place your tahini and rice malt syrup inside. Put into the microwave for 8 sec. 

Drizzle on top of your nice- cream and enjoy
