Who doesn’t love to have healthy glowing skin!?

I am a HUGE believer in natural remedies when it comes to skincare and am a big NO CHEMICAL gal when it comes to my own.

No soaps, no chemical based scrubs and no advertising gimmicks!

I have talked a lot on here about how I think skincare really does start on the inside through the foods we eat and what we are feeling emotionally

BUT every so often I do enjoy a good pamper session to help give my skin that lovin it deserves!

Many of you seem to be more interested in what I DO put on my skin rather than what I DO NOT.

SOOO here you have it!! My top 3 DIY & ALL NATURAL face masks…

PS you can totally apply these to any skin part of the body as well!

We want to keep our skin hydrated and dewy. Moisturising is super duper important when it comes to glowing skin! This mask uses avocado as the base because of its great hydrating properties as well as cocoa for its antioxidants (plus it smell amazing!) and honey for its antibacterial and skin soothing components.

Mash 1/4 of an avocado into a bowl.

Add a teaspoon of cocoa and a teaspoon of honey to the mashed avocado bowl. Stir together.

Apply to a clean face and leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Remove with warm water and feel the hydration!

This is my serious go to mask when I’m feeling flat or its that time of the month and my skin is just not doing its thing! The banana and oatmeal are used as a moisturiser and really help lift the skin. Trust me your face will feel like a babies bottom after this one!

This mask is great for people that suffer acne scaring, sunspots and/or pigment. Papaya helps to remove dead skin cells and inactive proteins, thus rejuvenating your skin. Honey has amazing antibacterial and healing properties, together making an epic skin solution!

Mash 1/2 papaya into a bowl and then stir in 2 tbs of honey.

Apple to the face and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Wash with warm water and feel refreshed!
