Chocolate fans? IVE GOT YOU!
Before I changed my eating habits chocolate was my thing!! – Still is lol. Especially nutella! Nearly every night I would have two or more pieces of white bread drowned in it!
So if you are looking to keep those naughty ways just for the weekends this recipe is one for you!
It’s super simply and packed with a ton of nutrients.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 2 cups of hazel nuts
- 1 and a 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1 cup of cacao powder
- 1/2 to 1 cup of cacao/coco powder (depending on your consistency preference)
- optional: 2 medjool dates
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius.
Roast hazel nuts by popping into the oven for 10 minutes, turning every 2.
Once nuts are toasted and have cooled. Pop into food processor and pulse for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Now add in 1 cup of maple syrup, 1 cup of cacao, dates if you are using and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
Pulse for another minute and a half.
If you are happen with your consistency you are all done!! If you would like it a little runnier, add another 1/2 cup of almond milk and 1/4 cup of maple syrup.
Note: The more runny you want it, the more almond milk you add.
