My Workout Playlist’s
Well this has been a long time coming, right?! hah. Music is one of the best things the universe gave to us, don’t you think? It can really change the mood in an instant. We can go from happy to sad, tired to energised or insecure to badass pretty quick depending on what song is playing. For this reason its important to have good, fun and hip beats whilst training.
If your not feeling it you can chuck that favourite feel good song on or your baddest power beats and you’ll be sure to pump yourself up in no time. I personally listen to different playlist at different times, depending on my mood, style of training and preference that day- sometimes I even want no music.
Many of you have requested I share this so here we go! (apologises for the delay lol)
Remember exercise should be FUN and ENJOYABLE. Yes some days are going to be easier than others to motivate yourself to move but the key is finding things you LIKE. All we are looking to do is MOVE our bodies (Unless you are training for something specifically). This can be achieved in sooo many different ways, IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, DON’T DO IT. Keep trying in till you find something you do!
